Why Planwrit for this

What makes this
worth your investment

01
We write to the actual scoring rubric
Every PNP entrepreneur program publishes its evaluation criteria. We research those criteria before writing a word — so your plan addresses what is actually scored, not what seems generally good.
02
Province-specific market research
Ontario, BC, and Alberta have very different economies, labour markets, and regulatory environments. Our market research is specific to the province you’re targeting, not generic Canada-wide data.
03
Performance agreement expertise
Many PNP streams require applicants to commit to business milestones. We draft these realistically — ambitious enough to demonstrate commitment, achievable enough to actually meet.
04
Lived immigration experience
Our founder navigated the Canadian immigration system as an immigrant entrepreneur. That firsthand experience informs every province-specific engagement.
05
RCIC-ready delivery
Word format, structured to your consultant’s requirements, delivered on the agreed timeline. We coordinate with your RCIC without friction.
06
Cultural reframing built in

We write plans for all major PNP entrepreneur streams including the Ontario Immigrant Investor Business Initiative (OINP), BC Provincial Nominee Program Entrepreneur Immigration, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), and others. Each plan is built to the specific province’s published criteria.

A C11 plan is for the federal LMIA-exempt owner-operator work permit and must argue significant benefit to Canadians. A PNP entrepreneur plan supports a provincial nomination and must satisfy the province’s specific scoring criteria, which vary significantly — Ontario emphasizes job creation and net worth, BC weights sector alignment and business history, Alberta focuses on investment level and regional impact. These are different documents written for different evaluators.

Many PNP entrepreneur streams require applicants to sign a performance agreement committing to specific business milestones — typically investment amounts, job creation targets, and active management of the business. Planwrit drafts these milestones as part of the plan, aligned with your financial projections and realistic for your business model.

Planwrit typically delivers a first draft within 10–15 business days from receipt of the completed intake questionnaire. Rush timelines are available at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Yes — each province has its own minimum net worth and minimum investment requirements, which vary significantly. For example, Ontario’s OINP requires a net worth of at least CAD $400,000 for the Entrepreneur Stream. We’ll confirm the financial thresholds for your target province during the discovery call.
